My YouTube channel!

Hello everyone! I’ve finally made my first ever YouTube channel! I had been wanting to upload videos for a really long time, but due to a lot of self-doubt and procrastination, I didn’t make any, until NOW!

I had thought that making videos was a tedious task, and boy was I proven right. In today’s day and age videos have many elements to them like proper editing, background music, intros and a LOT of advertising. Not only that, one has to make sure to use non-copyrighted music and must look for it. These simple tasks make all the difference. But, holy-moly do they take a lotta time.

As if video making wasn’t enough, the fact that I’m extremely camera-shy was also an added bonus! I don’t even like to take selfies. Not only that, I had to talk to a circular camera lens as if it were my friend for 4 minutes. And after 30 takes, I finally got the perfect video.

But it was worth it. So, SO worth it. Every single day of the video-making process, I would jump out of bed and feel at ease. Video-making is exhilarating, so , SO exhilarating!

Although the video isn’t perfect, I’ve done my best and if there are any ways in which I can improve my videos, please do let me know. Constructive criticism is always more than welcome.

So, without further ado, here’s my first video ever. I hope you all like it. 🙂

  12. Wow… This video was brilliant.. The editing is great… You know what I am going to start a YouTube channel too( science and tech stuff) … Maybe I need your guidance😜😜.. I did a bunch of videos, without any editing untouched… I should edit them and get started shortly..
    Anyway should got one new subscriber🖐🖐

    For your next hack video, how about how you did your eyeliner? 😛

    1. Hahah!! Thank you! I’ll let you in on a secret, my eyeliner that day was horribly uneven, that’s why I ‘strategically’ covered half of my face with my hair! 😛
      And I can tell you how to do eyeliner in one word – Practice.

  19. You had nothing to be nervous about! For the first video, you were great 🙂 I’m no expert at YouTube videos but keeping a script ready helps a lot. Check out hank green’s personal YouTube channel – he has videos uploaded on how he edits and makes videos. Apart from being an awesome guy, he’s a great YouTube-r, having interviewed Obama and all and running more than 5 YouTube channels!

    Always wanted to start my own youtube channel with acoustic versions of my songs. But eventually caught up with self doubt and time constraints. This is quite inspiring. Definately would like to do the same in the near future. That’s my next goal. Looking forward for more videos 🙂 keep going 🙂

      1. Yes. Realised. That was one sentence which inspired me to start blogging. Heheh. Hopefully it inspires me soon to start the youtube channel as well. 🙂 Thanks for the motivation 🙂
